Duane Geruschat, Ph.D. is the Director of Research at the Maryland School for the Blind and a Research Associate in Ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University. He holds adjunct appointments at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in the college of graduate studies in visual impairment, and at George Mason University. Dr. Geruschat is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Visual Impairment and Blindness, the international journal of record for blindness and low vision, published by the American Foundation for the Blind.
